Shelly’s Fees
My current fees will increase as follows on November 15, 2024:
Fees:
- Initial Diagnostic Evaluation of one hour (90701) $180 will be $200
- Individual Therapy of 30-minutes (90832) $68 will be $100
- Individual Therapy of 45-minutes (90834) $135 will be $150
- Longer Individual Therapy 60-minutes (90837) $180 will be $200
- Longer Individual Therapy 90-minutes (90837) $270 will be $300
- 90-minute Therapy Group (90853) remains $60
I offer a missionary/clergy discount and have a few sliding scale spots determined by income, number of dependents and availability.
Cancellation Policy:
I require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. A half-session fee will be collected if a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice unless for inclement weather or sickness.
